Where It All Started

Vance started the Groove Spot Band & Show after coming off a national tour with Vaughan Mason and Crew. Frustrated by the Politics involved with performing as a front man with a National recording act, Vance was inspired to develop a band of his own that played music and performed shows for people who wanted to simply enjoy the Funky R&B Groove that makes you want to get on the dance floor and dance the night away.

Thus “The Groove Spot Band & Show” was established with the sole purpose of getting people on the dance floor to truly appreciate that back beat that comes along with and old school feel that was ever so present in the R&B and Funk Bands of the seventies and eighties.

As Business Manager for The Groove-Spot Band & Show, Vance is known for his professionalism and customer satisfaction. As a result, he continues to maintain his clientele year-after-year.
